Kelley Tysinger is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Clemson University where she received a Master Degree in Human Resource Development. With 15 years of experience in the industrial construction industry, she has worked in a variety of human resource positions including Senior Compensation Specialist, Corporate Recruiter, and HR Generalist. Kelley is an accomplished professional with experience in compensation, recruiting, policy development, employee relations, legal compliance, strategic planning, organization development, payroll, and benefits. Her industry experience includes project support in the power, oil & gas, chemicals, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
Cathy Wilson brings 10 years of industrial construction human resources generalist experience to the Alpha Resources team. She has worked in corporate and project environments for a national EPC contractor with numerous HR responsibilities including support of professional and craft staffing, employee on-boarding, employee relocation, HRIS administration, coordination of several corporate HR programs and related reporting.
Cathy’s excellent interpersonal skills along with the added depth of her HR process experience enhances communication with survey participants. Cathy currently manages Alpha Resources’ survey solicitation process and calendar, as well as, related database administration.
